Daulatbhai Trivedi Law College, managed by the Navagujarat Education Trust, organized a solemn and enthusiastic celebration of “Constitution Day” (Samvidhan Divas) on 26th November 2025. The event was held to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India and to instill constitutional values among the law students and faculty members.
Inaugural Session
The program formally commenced with the arrival of the dignitaries. The session was inaugurated by the Principal, Dr. Ankit Kumar Rami.
In his opening address, Dr. Ankit Kumar Rami welcomed the gathering and highlighted the significance of the day. He spoke eloquently about the history of the Constitution’s framing and the enduring relevance of the ideals enshrined within it. He urged the students, as future custodians of the law, to uphold the sanctity of the Constitution in their professional and personal lives.
Key Highlights
The event was meticulously planned and executed under the guidance of the Faculty Coordinators, Dr. Lataben Menat and Dr. Rinku Darji.
- Reading of the Preamble: To mark the solemnity of the occasion, a collective reading of the Preamble was conducted, reaffirming the commitment to Justice, Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity.
- Constitutional Awareness: The program focused on spreading awareness regarding Fundamental Duties and the supremacy of the Constitution.
Vote of Thanks
The insightful program concluded with a formal Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. Rinku Darji. She expressed gratitude to Principal Dr. Ankit Kumar Rami for his leadership and guidance. She also thanked her co-coordinator, Dr. Lataben Menat, the staff members for their support, and the students for their active participation in making the celebration a success.
The event ended on a patriotic note, leaving the attendees inspired and aware of their constitutional responsibilities.
