Educational Visit to Gujarat University Police Station

Summary

On September 22, 2025, a group of students from Daulatbhai Trivedi Law College participated in an educational visit to the Gujarat University Police Station. The visit was organized to provide students with practical insights into the functioning of law enforcement agencies and to bridge the gap between theoretical legal education and its real-world application.

The students were warmly welcomed and guided by Police Inspector Shri S. R. Bava. She provided a comprehensive tour of the station, explaining the various departments, procedures for filing a report, evidence handling, and the day-to-day responsibilities of police officers. The session was highly interactive, allowing students to ask questions and deepen their understanding of police operations and their critical role in the justice system.

The visit was conducted under the leadership of the head of the institution, in-charge Principal Dr. Ankitkumar Rami, who later expressed his profound gratitude to the police station for providing such a valuable learning opportunity for the students.

The entire visit was successfully coordinated and managed by Dr. Rinku Darji Madam, whose efforts ensured a smooth and educational experience for everyone involved. The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks, leaving the students with a greater appreciation for the challenges and complexities of police work.
